ABOUT NEXT LEVEL SPORTS
Next Level Sports is a recruiting and athlete exposure platform dedicated to helping high school athletes increase their visibility with college coaches. We provide professional recruiting profiles, social media exposure, recruiting guidance, and resources to help athletes navigate the recruiting process.
We work with middle school and high school student-athletes who are serious about competing at the collegiate level. While we encourage athletes to begin as early as possible, we welcome athletes at every stage of their recruiting journey.

ELIGIBILITY & GETTING STARTED
Getting started is simple. Choose the plan that best fits your athlete, complete the registration process, and submit your recruiting information. Our team will take it from there and begin building your athlete’s recruiting presence.
After signing up:
- You’ll complete our athlete information form.
- Submit your photos, statistics, academics, and highlight film.
- Our team builds your professional recruiting profile.
- Your profile is published and, depending on your plan, additional exposure and support begin.
- We’ll continue working with you according to your selected plan.
You’ll need to provide personal information, academic details (GPA, test scores if available), athletic measurements, statistics, awards/honors, highlight video links, contact information, recruiting interests (preferred schools/levels), and social media links. The more complete the information, the stronger we can make your profile.
The earlier, the better. We recommend athletes begin building their recruiting profile during their freshman year of high school—or even earlier if they are serious about competing in college. Starting early gives coaches more opportunities to evaluate an athlete over time.
Most recruiting profiles are completed within a few business days after we receive all of the required information, photos, and highlight videos. If additional information is needed, we’ll contact you promptly.

- Growth Plan — $49.99/month
- Elite Exposure Plan — $74.99/month

Starter — One-time professional recruiting profile, X post, athlete write-up, and basic exposure.
Growth (Most Popular) — Everything in Starter plus ongoing monthly profile updates, custom recruiting graphics, highlight reel review, coach contact research, and consistent social media promotion.
Elite Exposure — Everything in Growth plus proactive monthly coach outreach (15+ targeted schools), bi-weekly progress updates, personalized message drafting, and higher-touch support.
Growth (Most Popular) — Everything in Starter plus ongoing monthly profile updates, custom recruiting graphics, highlight reel review, coach contact research, and consistent social media promotion.
Elite Exposure — Everything in Growth plus proactive monthly coach outreach (15+ targeted schools), bi-weekly progress updates, personalized message drafting, and higher-touch support.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Elite at any time. Monthly plans can also be adjusted or cancelled with proper notice. Contact us and we’ll make the change for you.

HIGHLIGHT FILM & MEDIA
No. While highlight film is highly recommended, you can still get started if your athlete doesn’t have one yet. We can help guide you on what coaches look for in quality highlight videos and how to prepare one.
Yes. Growth and Elite plans include highlight reel review and feedback. We teach the key rules coaches expect (best plays first, proper length, 10-second rule for attention) and can help refine your film so it actually gets watched.
Yes. Athletes enrolled in our monthly plans receive ongoing profile updates as they improve statistics, earn awards, upload new highlight videos, or experience recruiting changes.
ACADEMICS, DEVELOPMENT & MULTI-SPORT
Every athlete’s situation is different. Some see coach interest within a few weeks of profile launch and consistent exposure. For most, meaningful results (DMs from coaches, official visits, or offers) take 3–9 months of steady execution. The earlier you start and the more consistent you are, the faster momentum builds.
Extremely important. Most college coaches will not seriously recruit an athlete with weak grades, no matter how talented they are on the field or court. We include GPA and academic info in every profile and strongly encourage athletes to prioritize classroom performance alongside athletics.
Yes. While our core focus is recruiting strategy and exposure, we also provide film feedback, position-specific advice, speed/power training ideas, and development resources. The best recruiting outcomes happen when athletes improve on the field and get better exposure.
Absolutely. Many of our athletes compete in multiple sports. We help you decide which sport(s) to prioritize for recruiting based on your talent level, goals, and timeline, and we can build strategies that support both sports when appropriate.
Yes. We work with athletes at every level — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO. Many athletes find excellent opportunities, playing time, and scholarships at D3, NAIA, and JUCO programs. We help match you with the right level based on your film, academics, and goals.
RESULTS, GUARANTEES & EXPECTATIONS
No. No legitimate recruiting service can guarantee scholarships, roster spots, or college offers. Those decisions are made solely by college coaches. Our goal is to maximize your athlete’s exposure, provide professional recruiting resources, and help them navigate the recruiting process effectively.

Common mistakes include: waiting too long to start, poor-quality or unedited highlight film, random/unfocused social media posting, cold DMing coaches with no system or research, and ignoring academics. We help you avoid these by providing a clear step-by-step plan, professional branding, film guidance, targeted outreach strategy, and accountability.
SOCIAL MEDIA, EXPOSURE & OUTREACH
We identify realistic target schools based on your level, provide coach contact information (email, X handles, phone when available), write strong personalized messages, and guide or execute outreach and follow-ups. Higher-tier plans include direct monthly outreach on your behalf with tracking.
X (Twitter) is our primary tool for reaching college coaches directly with athlete spotlights, offer announcements, and recruiting content. Instagram is used for brand-building carousels, athlete stories, and visual recruiting graphics. Both platforms are optimized with the correct tagging, timing, and engagement strategies that actually get seen by coaches.
We focus on providing affordable, personalized recruiting support rather than expensive, one-size-fits-all packages. Our approach combines professional athlete branding, social media exposure, recruiting education, personalized support, transparent pricing, and modern recruiting tools. We’re committed to helping athletes build a strong recruiting presence without unnecessary costs.

Absolutely. We encourage parents to be involved throughout the recruiting process and are happy to answer questions, explain our services, and help families make informed decisions.
Yes. We offer a free recruiting playbook PDF, educational content on X and Instagram (tips, drills, common mistakes, film rules), and ongoing free advice through our social channels. Our goal is to provide real value even before you become a client.
POLICIES & ADDITIONAL
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — you won’t be charged for the following month. The one-time Starter plan fee is non-refundable once profile work has begun, as we invest significant time upfront. We stand behind our work and will do everything we can to make things right if you’re unsatisfied. Please reach out to us directly with any concerns.
We track profile views, social media reach/engagement, coach interactions (where visible), and — most importantly — the results our athletes report (offers, commitments, visits). We share updates with clients on higher-tier plans and use real data to continuously improve our approach.
