Next Level Sports was founded in late 2022 by Jake Sayers after a frustrating experience with traditional recruiting services. Like many athletes, Jake spent significant money on a well-known recruiting platform that delivered zero results. He eventually earned a college roster spot the old-fashioned way — through smart social media strategy and direct outreach.
That experience became the foundation of NLS: an affordable, results-driven alternative that actually helps athletes get seen and recruited.
Our very first client, Gabe Anderson, went from unsigned to committing at IU-Northwest. After his commitment, Gabe joined as a minority owner — proof that when athletes succeed with us, they often want to be part of what we’re building.
