My name is Dillon Colbert, and I’m a 6’5 guard in the Class of 2027 at Galena Park North Shore High School in Houston, Texas. I’m a hardworking player who wants to keep improving my game, compete at the highest level, and earn the opportunity to play college basketball. I take pride in representing my school, my family, and my team every time I step on the court.

Playing Style: I’m a versatile guard who can score from the three-point line and midrange while also attacking the basket. I look for opportunities to create shots for myself and my teammates, play in transition, and make an impact on both ends of the floor.

Athletic Strengths: My strengths include perimeter shooting, scoring at multiple levels, athleticism, and making plays in transition. I also work to improve my rebounding, defense, and ability to create opportunities for my teammates.

Academic Interests: I’m open to exploring different majors and finding a college program that fits my academic interests while allowing me to continue developing as a student-athlete.

Recruiting Goals: My goal is to earn a college basketball opportunity, compete at the highest level possible, and find a program where I can grow as a player and a person. I want to contribute to a winning team, earn a scholarship, and continue working toward my long-term basketball goals.
