Official Rules — Philadelphia 76ers vs. Brooklyn Nets
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Next Level Sports is giving one winner the opportunity to attend the Philadelphia 76ers vs. Brooklyn Nets preseason game at Barclays Center with Next Level Sports owner Jake Sayers.
By entering the NLS NBA Game Night Giveaway ("Giveaway"), each entrant agrees to these Official Rules.
1. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by:
Next Level Sports ("NLS" or "Sponsor")

This Giveaway is independently operated by Next Level Sports.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
Entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in their state of residence may enter the Giveaway, but if selected as a potential winner, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the entrant's acceptance of the prize and attendance at the event before the prize will be awarded.
Employees, owners, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Next Level Sports are not eligible to enter.
Next Level Sports reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age, identity, residency, and parental or legal guardian consent when necessary to verify eligibility.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins:
August 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time
and ends:
September 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
Next Level Sports' records will serve as the official timekeeping method for determining timely entries.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase or payment is required.
To receive one eligible entry, participants must complete all of the following on the official NLS Giveaway post:
1. Follow @nlevelsports on Instagram
2. Like the official Giveaway post
3. Comment "NETS" or "SIXERS" with their prediction for the game
4. Tag two different Instagram accounts in the comment
All required entry steps must remain completed through the time the potential winner is selected.
5. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES
Entrants may earn additional entries by leaving additional qualifying comments on the official Giveaway post.
Each additional qualifying comment must tag two different Instagram accounts that were not previously tagged together by that entrant.
Each qualifying additional comment will count as one additional entry.
A maximum of 10 qualifying comment entries per person/Instagram account will be accepted.
Bonus Story Entry
Entrants may receive one additional bonus entry by sharing the official Giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging:
@nlevelsports
Only one Story bonus entry is available per entrant.
If an entrant's Instagram account is private, the entrant must send @nlevelsports a screenshot of the qualifying Story share through Instagram Direct Message before the Giveaway Period ends so that NLS can verify the entry.
6. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Entries may be disqualified if Next Level Sports reasonably determines that they:

Were generated automatically or through bots;

Were submitted using fraudulent or duplicate accounts;
-
Attempt to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process;
-
Contain abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate material;
-
Impersonate another individual;
-
Violate Instagram's applicable rules or terms; or
-
Otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Next Level Sports reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, abusive, automated, or manipulated entries.
7. GRAND PRIZE
One eligible winner will receive:

Thursday, October 8, 2026
7:30 PM ET
Barclays Center — Brooklyn, New York
The winner will attend the game alongside Next Level Sports owner Jake Sayers.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Game Ticket: $150
Only the winner's event ticket is included unless Next Level Sports expressly states otherwise.
The prize DOES NOT include:

Transportation or airfare;
-
Hotel or lodging accommodations;
-
Parking;
-
Meals or beverages;
-
Merchandise other than any merchandise specifically described in these Official Rules;
-
Tickets for parents, guardians, friends, or family members;
-
Personal expenses; or
-
Any other expense not specifically identified as part of the prize.
The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from Barclays Center and, if necessary, their own hotel or lodging accommodations.
8. WINNERS UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY
Entrants age 13 or older are permitted to enter and may be selected as the winner.
If the potential winner has not reached the age of majority in their state of residence, their parent or legal guardian must provide consent before the potential winner may accept the prize and attend the game.
The parent or legal guardian may be required to complete reasonable parental consent, eligibility verification, prize-acceptance, emergency-contact, or other documentation before the prize is awarded.
Parent or Guardian Attendance
A parent or legal guardian of a minor winner is more than welcome to attend the game, but the parent's or guardian's ticket:

Is not included in the Giveaway prize;
-
Will not be purchased or reimbursed by Next Level Sports;
-
Must be obtained separately at the parent's or guardian's own expense; and
-
Is subject to ticket availability.
Because tickets are obtained separately, Next Level Sports cannot guarantee that a parent or guardian will be seated next to, adjacent to, or within the same section as the Giveaway winner.
A parent or legal guardian choosing not to purchase a ticket does not automatically make the minor winner ineligible, provided that the parent or legal guardian has provided all required consent and the attendance arrangement is acceptable under applicable venue requirements and law.
Next Level Sports will not provide transportation for a minor winner to or from Barclays Center.
For a winner who has not reached the age of majority, event-related communications may also be provided to or shared with the winner's parent or legal guardian.
9. IF THE SELECTED WINNER CANNOT ATTEND
Because the Grand Prize is associated with a specific event on October 8, 2026, the selected winner must be reasonably able and willing to attend the event.
If an otherwise eligible selected winner determines that they cannot attend the game, they may choose to decline the game ticket and instead receive:
ONE (1) NEXT LEVEL SPORTS T-SHIRT
Approximate Retail Value: $25
Size and available style are subject to NLS inventory.
If the selected winner chooses the NLS T-shirt alternative:

The selected entrant will no longer be entitled to the NBA game ticket;
-
The selected entrant may receive the NLS T-shirt instead;
-
The NBA game ticket will remain available as a Giveaway prize; and
-
Next Level Sports will randomly select another eligible entrant to receive the game ticket.
The alternate ticket winner will be subject to the same eligibility, verification, parental-consent, attendance, and acceptance requirements contained in these Official Rules.
If an alternate winner also cannot attend, NLS may continue randomly selecting eligible alternate entrants until an eligible person who can attend accepts the game ticket.
The T-shirt alternative is available only as described in these Official Rules and has no cash value or cash alternative.
10. WINNER SELECTION
The potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The random drawing is scheduled to take place on or about:
September 21, 2026
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Completing additional eligible entry methods increases the number of entries an individual has in the random drawing but does not guarantee that the individual will win.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted only through the official @nlevelsports Instagram account.
Next Level Sports will never require a potential winner to:

Pay a fee to claim the prize;
-
Purchase a product or service;
-
Provide a credit or debit card number; or
-
Send money in order to receive the prize.
The potential winner must respond to NLS within 24 hours of the initial winner notification.
If the potential winner:
-
Does not respond within 24 hours;
-
Cannot be contacted;
-
Is determined to be ineligible;
-
Cannot provide requested eligibility verification;
-
If applicable, cannot obtain required parent/legal guardian consent;
-
Declines both available prize options; or
-
Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules;
NLS may disqualify the potential winner and randomly select an alternate eligible entrant.
12. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE
A potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and transfer the prize, including:

Full legal name;
-
Age or date-of-birth verification;
-
Email address;
-
State of residence;
-
Proof of residency;
-
Parent or legal guardian information and consent when applicable; and
-
Information reasonably required by the applicable ticket-transfer provider.
A winner may be required to have access to an account or application necessary to accept an electronic ticket transfer.
The NBA game ticket may not be exchanged for cash through Next Level Sports.
Except for the NLS T-shirt alternative specifically provided in Section 9, no cash or merchandise substitution will be provided at the winner's request.
13. EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION
The scheduled game date, time, opponent, venue, seating arrangement, and other event details are controlled by the NBA, participating teams, venue, ticket issuer, and other applicable third parties and are subject to change.
Next Level Sports does not control changes to the NBA schedule.
If the game is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, suspended, or canceled, Next Level Sports will determine how the prize will be handled based on the status and terms of the applicable ticket and applicable law.
Where permitted by law and reasonably necessary, Next Level Sports reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
14. VENUE AND EVENT RULES
The winner must comply with all applicable ticket conditions, security procedures, codes of conduct, and venue policies associated with attendance at Barclays Center and the event.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are legally and practically able to attend the event.
Violation of applicable venue policies or removal from the venue may result in loss of any remaining benefits associated with the prize.
15. TAXES AND EXPENSES
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
All expenses not specifically included in the prize description are the responsibility of the applicable prize recipient.
16. PUBLICITY
Where permitted by applicable law, acceptance of a prize may constitute permission for Next Level Sports to identify the winner by first name and/or social-media username in connection with announcing the results of the Giveaway.
For entrants who have not reached the age of majority, any additional use of photographs, video, likeness, or other promotional content requiring consent will be subject to appropriate parent or legal guardian authorization where required.
17. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Next Level Sports and its owners, employees, representatives, and contractors from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Next Level Sports is not responsible for technical failures, unavailable social-media services, lost internet connections, incomplete entries, corrupted data, unauthorized interference, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
18. INSTAGRAM AND THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for administering or fulfilling this Giveaway.
The Giveaway is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the National Basketball Association, Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, Barclays Center, or their respective affiliates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Team, league, venue, and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the event associated with the prize.
19. PRIVACY
Information provided in connection with the Giveaway will be used as reasonably necessary to:

Administer the Giveaway;

Verify eligibility;
-
Verify parental or legal guardian consent where applicable;
-
Contact potential winners;
-
Transfer or provide prizes; and
-
Meet applicable legal or administrative requirements.
Next Level Sports will not sell personal information solely because an individual entered this Giveaway.
Entrants should not publicly post sensitive personal information in Giveaway comments.
20. RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND OR CANCEL
If fraud, technical problems, platform interruptions, event changes, legal requirements, or circumstances outside NLS's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or administration of the Giveaway, Next Level Sports reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, NLS may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination where legally permitted and reasonably appropriate.
21. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited or where another jurisdiction's law must apply, these Official Rules and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive an entrant of consumer protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to that entrant.

23. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
For any potential winner who has not reached the age of majority in their state of residence, acceptance and use of the prize will also require any parent or legal guardian consent required by these Official Rules or applicable law.
